Ingredients

  • 6 — boneless pork chops

  • 1 large — onion, chopped

  • 5 — potatoes, peeled and sliced

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can — condensed cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ (10.5 ounce) can — water

  • ½ (10.5 ounce) can — milk

  • undefined — salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add pork chops; brown over medium-high heat.
  • Flip chops; add onions. Layer sliced potatoes on top of chops; sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  • Combine soup, water, and milk in a large glass measuring cup; pour into skillet. Add more water or milk to cover potatoes.
  • Cover skillet; cook until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
