Ingredients

  • 150 grams 150 White marshmallow

  • 200 grams 200 chocolate chips or chopped chocolate (milk, semi-sweet, or dark)

  • Graham crackers (for dipping)

Directions

  • Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F) for 3 minutes.
  • In a heatproof baking dish, parchment paper or silicone mold that fits your air fryer, add the chocolate.
  • Spread the marshmallows evenly over the chocolate. Make sure that there’s only a single layer of marshmallow.
  • Place dish in the air fryer basket and cook for 5–7 minutes, or until marshmallows are golden and puffed.
  • Dip with graham crackers.

Notes

  • Adjust time and temp: Note that air fryer models vary, and some may require or lower or higher cooking times and temperatures. If your bites aren’t browning well, add a couple of minutes.
