Ingredients
4 — peaches, halved and pitted
1 tablespoon — vegetable oil
2 tablespoons — clover honey
1 cup — soft cream cheese with honey and nuts
Directions
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and light oil the grate.
- Brush peaches with a light coating of oil; arrange pit-sides down onto grill. Grill until peaches have nice grill marks, about 5 minutes; flip peaches. Drizzle with honey; place dollop cream cheese where pit was. Grill until cream cheese is warm, 2 to 3 minutes more. Serve immediately.
