Ingredients

  • 2 cups — fresh spinach leaves, or to taste

  • 1 cup — water, or as needed

  • 1 medium — apple, cored and chopped

  • 1 medium — pear, cored and chopped

  • 1 small — lemon, juiced

  • 2 tablespoons — flaxseed meal

  • ½ teaspoon — freshly grated ginger

Directions

  • Combine spinach, 1 cup water, apple, pear, lemon juice, flaxseed, and ginger in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more water if needed.
