Ingredients

  • 1/2 kilograms 1/2 russet potato, peeled

  • 1 and 1/2 teaspoon 1 and 1/2 garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon 1 paprika

  • 1 teaspoon 1 salt

  • 20 grams 20 salted butter

  • 3 cloves 3 garlic

  • 1/2 tablespoon 1/2 fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

  • Slice the peeled potatoes into even sticks. Soak them in cold water for about 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch, then pat dry with a clean towel.
  • In a bowl, toss the fries with garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
  • Lightly spray or brush the air fryer basket with oil. Arrange the fries in a single layer and cook at 190°C (375°F) for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  • While the fries are cooking, melt butter in a small pan over low heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  • Once the fries are done, toss them in the warm garlic butter and air fry again for two more minutes.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley. Enjoy them as-is or pair with your favorite dip like garlic aioli or sour cream.
