As long as you have the usual pizza toppings such as cheese, mozzarella, pizza sauce, and tomato sauce, you can basically turn anything into a pizza. This time, we’re making pizza pockets! Compared to pizza slices, pizza pockets are smaller and considered handheld snacks. But in this recipe, we won’t be using an oven or dough. Here’s how to make the cheesiest Air Fryer Pizza.
How to Store Air Fryer Pizza Pocket
Got some leftover air fryer pizza pockets and don’t want to waste them? Here’s how to store them properly.
Note: Always let them cool completely before storing. This helps keep your food safe and prevents extra moisture in the fridge.
Place the pizza pockets in a safe, airtight container and refrigerate for up to three to four days. If they develop a sour smell, slimy texture, or any signs of mold, it’s best to toss them out as they’re no longer safe to eat.
How to Reheat Air Fryer Pizza Pocket
Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 160°C or 320°F. Place the pizza pockets in a single layer in the basket and reheat for 3–5 minutes, until hot and crispy.
Oven: Preheat the oven to 175°C or 350°F. Arrange the pizza pockets on a baking sheet, cover loosely with foil to prevent drying, and warm for 8–10 minutes.
Microwave: Place a pizza pocket on a microwave-safe plate and cover with a damp paper towel. Heat on medium power for 60–90 seconds, until warmed through. (Note: they may lose some crispiness.)
Stovetop: Heat a nonstick skillet over low to medium heat. Add the pizza pocket and reheat for 3–4 minutes, flipping once, until evenly warmed.
