Ingredients

  • 2 cups — baking mix (such as Original Bisquick)

  • ⅔ cup — milk

  • ½ cup — shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons — unsalted butter or margarine

  • ⅛ teaspoon — garlic powder

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Combine baking mix, milk, and Cheddar cheese until a soft dough forms; drop by 9 spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Combine butter and garlic powder; brush over warm biscuits.
