Ingredients

  • 2 pieces 2 large onion, peeled

  • 1 teaspoon 1 garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon 1 paprika

  • 1 teaspoon 1 black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon 1/2 salt

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 all purpose flour

  • 3/4 cup 3/4 panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 pieces 2 large egg

  • 50 ml 50 milk

Directions

  • Peel the onions and slice them into ½-inch thick rings. Separate each ring carefully and set aside. Carefully not to break each ring.
  • Prepare three bowls. One with flour mixed with garlic, black pepper, paprika, salt and pepper, one with beaten eggs and milk, and one with panko breadcrumbs.
  • Dip each ring into the flour first, then into the egg mixture, and finally into the breadcrumbs. Make sure each ring is evenly coated.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 3 minutes.
  • Place the onion rings in a single layer in the basket. Spray lightly with cooking oil. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crisp.
  • Let them cool slightly before serving. Pair with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite dipping sauce.
