Ingredients
2 cups — fresh spinach leaves, or to taste
1 cup — water, or as needed
1 medium — apple, cored and chopped
1 medium — pear, cored and chopped
1 small — lemon, juiced
2 tablespoons — flaxseed meal
½ teaspoon — freshly grated ginger
Directions
- Combine spinach, 1 cup water, apple, pear, lemon juice, flaxseed, and ginger in a blender. Puree until smooth, adding more water if needed.
