Ingredients

  • 5 cups — chopped cooked chicken

  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can — condensed cream of chicken soup

  • 1 cup — sour cream

  • 1 ½ cups — crushed buttery round crackers

  • ½ cup — unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon — poppy seeds

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place chicken in a 9×13-inch baking dish. Combine condensed soup and sour cream in a medium bowl; pour over chicken.
  • Stir crushed crackers, melted butter, and poppy seeds together in a separate bowl; sprinkle over chicken and sauce.
