Ingredients
1 ½ pounds — multi-colored new potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons — olive oil
2 cloves — garlic, minced
1 teaspoon — finely chopped fresh rosemary
½ teaspoon — salt
½ teaspoon — lemon zest
Directions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
