Ingredients

  • Filling
  • 4 ounce 4 cream cheese

  • 1 teaspoon 1 cinnamon powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon 1/4 vanilla extract

  • 1/8 teaspoon 1/8 salt

  • 2 tablespoon 2 melted butter

  • Roll-ups
  • 5 slices 5 white bread

  • 2 tablespoon 2 melted butter

  • Coating
  • 3 tablespoon 3 brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon 1 ground cinnamon

Directions

  • In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Mix in brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until creamy and well-blended.
  • Cut off crusts from the bread. Flatten each slice with a rolling pin until thin and pliable.
  • Spread about 1 tbsp of the cream cheese filling evenly over each slice. Roll each one tightly, seam side down.
  • Brush all sides of each roll-up with melted butter. In a shallow dish, combine brown sugar and cinnamon, then roll each buttered roll-up in the mixture until well coated.
  • Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2–3 minutes.
  • Place roll-ups in a single layer (leave a bit of space between them).
  • Air fry for 5–7 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and slightly crisp.
  • Let cool for 2–3 minutes. The filling will be hot and creamy inside. Best enjoyed warm, optionally with a drizzle of maple syrup or cream cheese glaze.
