Ingredients
6 — boneless pork chops
1 large — onion, chopped
5 — potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 (10.5 ounce) can — condensed cream of mushroom soup
½ (10.5 ounce) can — water
½ (10.5 ounce) can — milk
undefined — salt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions
- Coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Add pork chops; brown over medium-high heat.
- Flip chops; add onions. Layer sliced potatoes on top of chops; sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
- Combine soup, water, and milk in a large glass measuring cup; pour into skillet. Add more water or milk to cover potatoes.
- Cover skillet; cook until potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes.
